CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

Should you miss your appointment without 24-hour notification (as noted on both appointment confirmation and reminder emails), you will be asked to pay the missed appointment fee--100% cost of all services scheduled, or, in some instances, the difference between the regular service price and the prepaid discount/special price, accordingly.
Additionally, in the event of a no-show, all vouchers and certificates are then rendered void.
