WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST VISIT . . .
* Appointments & Sante's Cancellation Policy:Scheduling in advance for all treatments is recommended. If you are a new client, please plan to arrive just five (5) minutes early, is all, to allow time to complete your client information card, change, and begin your experience.
* Cancellation and Late Show Policy: As a courtesy, please give 24-hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. In the event 24 hour notice is not given, or that you arrive 20 or more minutes later than your scheduled start-time, you will be charged 100% of the total services booked (no partial spa services may be given after you are 20 minutes late). Gift certificates become void as well, in this circumstance.
* Cell-Phone & Pager Free ZonePlease remember to turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices upon entering the spa.
* PaymentCash, checks, all major credit cards, & gift certificates are accepted.
* GratuitiesGratuities are greatly appreciated and may be included on your check or credit card, or in cash. Thank you.
