You should receive an emailed appointment confirmation immediately after scheduling. Should you not receive the confirmation, you most likely did not yet successfully schedule your appointment. Please check your junk mail box, and confirm that you've entered a valid email address in your profile.
IMPORTANT:A reminder. I promise to do my best to make time for you and any of your family and friends with a prepurchased Aromaglow Facial special. I am limited in the number of these facial specials I can schedule daily. There is often a waiting period, 1, 2, 4-8+ weeks..depending on when you schedule, and availability at that time, to receive your facial. All sales are final, though you can always gift your facial to anyone you wish at any time.I hope to see you soon!
TERMS: All appointments must be scheduled by the voucher expiration date, 8 August 2020.Vouchers are non refundable. No exceptions. Should you be unable to use the voucher yourself, for any reason, you might consider gifting it to a friend, or family member.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:Cancellation requires 24 hours notice, minimum. Should you miss your appointment without 24-hour notification (as noted on both appointment confirmation and reminder emails), the missed appointment fee is 100% cost of all services scheduled, or pre-paid voucher and/or certificate(s) are then rendered void.
