Cancellation / No-Show Policy:Sante does maintain a 24-hr notice cancellation and rescheduling policy, required on all appointments, and as noted on both the appointment confirmation, and appointment reminder emails. The missed appointment fee without 24-hour notification equals 100% cost of services scheduled, or forfiture of prepaid certificate, or voucher special.
Please note: Effective January 1st, 2017, Sante's treatment rates with be increasing slightly--a first since Sante opened its doors twelve years ago. Of course all certificates previously purchased will be honored at face value.

IMPORTANT: I promise to do my best to make time for you and any of your family and friends interested in taking advantage of this great deal. I am limited in the number of these facial specials I can schedule daily. There is often a waiting period, 1, 2, 3-5+ weeks..depending on when you schedule, and availability at that time, to receive your facial. I want you to know this upfront, before purchasing, so you can decide if this is acceptable to you or anyone you gift it to. All sales are final, though you can always gift your facial to anyone you wish at any time.I hope to see you soon!
